Half Sized Poster Layout Sketches

The goal of these sketches was to start sketching some more refined layout and concept ideas with my two refined word clusters.

For my sketch on the left, I continued with the melting ice concept and removed some of the icicles and added some larger water drops to align the text to. The concept of the sketch on the right was to take the idea of having half sun and half snowflake and using that by having the snowman melt only on the side of the sun in the word cluster.

Then I created two more iterations of the same concepts to explore more ways that I could demonstrate it. On the sketch on the left, I changed the water along the bottom to snow and removed the water drops and some of the icicles. For the sketch on the right, instead of splitting the snowman in half, I split the whole poster in half and make one side a winter scene and the other a beach scene.
